    This company keeps delivering bad news. No wonder it's SP is at all time lows.

    If DD is carried out and gxy was not at fault does that mean they will not need to raise that $66million next year and it will only be $46 M. Or will they take the $66M again.

    From a commercial perspective and a humanitarian one this company is having some very bad luck. When will it's fortunes change.
