Seriously though why does it take a news paper article to advise what the delay is?
My first thought and question also was, why now with not quite current content, as well as the quoted interviews including Inkosi Mabulabo.
Perhaps in Malawi and elsewhere already completely different information are known and leaked ...... !?!?
In any case, the general public has been informed late and now and medially one has done his job and has fulfilled his duty to inform, even if very late. But better late than never.
