I think options for selling unlisted shares are very few and cumbersome. This could be another nail in the coffin for the scheme to get up for some holders who may want to bail out of Coda after the vote is taken. Although there is no guarantee that Coda will get listed if the Scheme gets the required votes, you would think that it would get listed but there will obviously be some delay to get through the process.
