    April 3 (Reuters) - Genera Biosystems Ltd (GBI) :

    • Holders of 91.3% of all series b notes on issue by value, agreed to enter into variation amending terms of existing series b convertible notes
    • Under amended terms series B redemption date will be extended from current redemption date of 31 march 2017 until 30 June 2017
