    • BRAVURA DID NOT MAKE, AND HAS WITHDRAWN ITS PREPAREDNESS TO MAKE, UPDATED PROPOSAL
    • RESERVES RIGHTS TO MAKE ANY FURTHER OFFERS TO BUY GBST INCLUDING IN EVENT OF SUPERIOR PROPOSAL FROM ANY THIRD PARTY
