balanced with cash and income generating stocks. i was £15k up here now i'm £7k down , a £22k turnaround in little over a couple of months
living in the west midlands i can do 7% PA quite easily on a rental property and thats 6.25% better than most banks pay . coupled with the fact that i'm preparing for my retirement and my kids future.
in my mind its just plain stupid chucking more money at stocks, week after week as i have in the past 20 years investing.
