dividend payout has nothing do to with the share price at all.
current policy is 50-70% of NPAT
the optics would not be good if they paid dividends to shareholders during a time they were receiving massive support from the government, it was definitely best not to.
if you can get a reasonable prediction of NPAT then your range would be 50-70% of that.
