I think this is brilliant move! It brings together a full new client base. Those families with autism kids or other challenges that need a break. Gem have the staff that can be specially trained in additional needs or 1 on 1 education and care to assist ndis funded families. Gem already access additional funding to get more staff for for kids with diagnosed additional needs and the non diagnosed they put additional staff into child care centres at their own cost to support all staff and children.

so that is way to get funded by government to do a community good. I see the synergies. And a smal outlay for a cashflow neutral tiny business that down the track will become Very profitable in my honest opinion!
