why did Banks come in ?? because with shorting LEGAL and backed by foolish MEDIA spooking..a Credit Raise is IMPOSSIBLE to set so banks Covenants are QUICKLY BREACHED without time for LT holders to Form a rescue plan or CR to support the COY any DEBT payible.
