Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD) is preparing to reveal details of a capital raising, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.
Last month the company agreed to acquire the Ulysses Gold Deposit near Leonora.
Resource drilling is to commence on completion of acquisition with a mining study to be completed by December 2015.
The project contains an initial shallow JORC (2012) Resource of 138,000 ounces of gold in one deposit on granted mining lease.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 16th July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
