Sept 13 (Reuters) - Global Energy Ventures Ltd (GEV)
- Has executed binding agreements to acquire 100% of Sea NG Corporation and associated CNG intellectual property (ip) rights
- Consideration includes US$0.585 million paid in cash, issue of 11.4 million ordinary shares in gev; and issue of 56.4 million performance shares
- To support Sea NG transaction costs, co plans to conduct capital raising to raise A$4.0 million through issue of fully paid ordinary shares
