Initially I thought the Sermitsiaq article was incomplete and short, but it appears there is a link below connecting to the full article via a paywall. I imagine and assume, that we're only reading the negative beginning to the Sermitsiaq article and that there is more to it. Which I don't consider to be good for getting out the message of "We're open for business and investment in this country despite this legislation". (The quote is my assumption on their plan).
