One question ggg has not answered: When and where did the company announce, as is required by ASX rules, where they announced the addendum that still today is attached to their exploration mining permit where they agreed to renounce their litigation rights to the Greenland Government.
Where and when was it done, or has the company never made said announcement, never announced accepting said addendum and thereby giving their giving said radioactive rights away.
WHY?
What is the story ?
If they have raised, and of course they have raised over 120 million dollars since they agreed to the addendum to their license, and thereby gave these rights away, without announcing such a material piece of information.
Has the Company's and the director's doing so opened themselves up to a class action lawsuit by the shareholders against GGG?
