    That point Gbb made, about not being able to sue, needs to be qualified. What GGG can't sue about is if exploitation of uranium is banned.

    The 100 pm limit, when a company is not exploiting uranium, was not envisioned in that agreement not to sue, and is a contentious move that bans a company that has invested millions in good faith. The 100 pm limit is crude retrospective legislation.
