Kudos to you Zch003 for shining the light on JM’s many shortcomings iif not outright failures! I had submitted an official letter of complaint to John Mair several months ago pointing out some of the issues you highlighted! These reasons among others compelled me to speak out and express disapproval of JM. I said it over a year ago that the man was a miscast, unfriendly, a technocrat who did not have the personality to run any company clearly unqualified to be a C.E,O. With that said, he was overpaid but to be fair he did some good things!
