Re the ban bill....

Just focussing on GML as the ban bill by it's structure with 100 limit will make it difficult for most projects,,,,,

We need to remember that it is a bill to ban Uranium and GML is not a Uranium mine but a Rare Earth Mine with by product of Uranium most of which is going into tailings.
I do agree with lavita's comments regarding Egede's earlier statement about GML and kavefjeld......... "We will do everything to stop Kavefjeld"

I am not a lawyer I think section 5 does not apply but section 1 does......from my first reading....

my understanding is there has been discussion on the 100 limit. Not forgetting that other projects have been effected and also voiced concern..
I think the content of the White Paper now is very important. Plus we should not forget that.

A: Kavefjeld is being set up to world best standard
B: the project has been supported so far and been approved by the
Authority at each stage
C: Now at White Paper
D: Expected to be Critical Supply for the EU
E: Because of size of resource able to supply many jobs close to where
jobs needed
F: long life
G: Royalties from project Substantial
H: Solving Social issues by creating opportunity

Negatives:
Overcoming the continual issues being raised about Radiation versus company statements....

The White Paper is now the important factor and plus is this paper the final draft for discussion ....

Yes their are other projects but nothing at present compares to Kavefjeld and the opportunity it creates for Greenland...
