Gpoe, you suggest that for the GoG to survive, they will need to Compromise on their position and excessive restrictions, and I wholeheartedly agree with you.
In an earlier post I suggested rather than 100ppm U in their proposed "ban U mining bill", as a compromise they could adopt say 500ppm U, and say 1500ppm Th in ore bodies where the principal mined product is not U or Th.
IMO, this would allow GML to proceed, but prevent dedicated U mines - due to the low ore grade {max 500ppm}. This would limit GoG future options which I think is a bad thing, but may settle the current issue. Totally up to the GoG.
