    Typically, a 12.5% investment is just a preliminary for a much larger financial and/or management involvement. Why would a Chinese rare earth company just invest 12.5% and then sit back and watch? This will lead to bigger and better things. Plus, the DD that they have conducted and their subsequent investment speaks volumes.
