    • Asx alert-jv in gold project in ghana and a $6.7m placement-glf.ax
    • Agreement to earn 70% interest in highly prospective gold project in ghana, west africa
    • Gulf has entered into a binding term sheet for a project earn-in and joint venture with cassius mining limited
    • will secure initial 20% interest in gbane project jv for $1 million in cash as partial re-imbursement of expenses
