    Aug 4 (Reuters) - Global Health Ltd (GLH) :

    • Settlement reached with sa health regarding chiron software (GLH)
    • Sa health will pay an annual fee (fee) for the licence with an initial fee of $5 million plus gst
    • Says proceeding concerned allegations by working systems that sa health had breached its contract with working systems
