ASIC won't lift a finger to even check it out. Likely it wasn't as fraudulent as it appears on the surface . possibly they just had no idea what they were doing. my advice is to watch where all the directors and tech guys scatter to and keep away from any future endeavours.
I really feel for those that bought at the top. who was the analyst that put a huge number on it years ago? anyone remember? he would be one to steer clear of as well.
