    how you know he gave up..???MAYBE THE BOARD AND CHAIRMAN realize pakkham was genuine. AND PROPOSED HIM THE POSITION OF NEW OFFICER??the old board could be stranded with their diligence and governance,, I DID have a few nasty QUIZZ... and they never met my querries
