In the announcement right before the ATM withdrawal, it was disclosed that JP was shortlisting all the financing options on the table & this could be one of them but got leaked I guess.
even though lots of shareholders including me asked him to disclose what options we had but he rejected with complete silence. Now JP might be forced to disclose some details. I’m still not clear why he was silent on these interesting progress on financing which could have kept the SP on a much healthier level.
interesting time, eager to see the market update tomorrow, best together with commercialisation permit been granted.
