Like I said a few months back these guys get hit and then get straight back up again they have the money which is huge,so I suspect it will be all systems go,and I really mean go,they say the 3rd quarter to be up an running,I guarantee it will be due to finance it amazes me that some are questioning the loan and interest and the time frame,but to get a loan of this size the accounting from both sides would have been exhausting,IT WILL BE BUILT
