IMO facts would be limited. To demonstrate a better plan would require a crystal ball. I can't see how anyone could sit in judgement one way or the other given all the available options balanced against the demonstrated risks associated with mining and metallurgy. Would Delphi and/or KIN have a crack? Who knows. Why would they?
