All Dacian needs to do to process Ulysses ore at Mt Morgan is for the majority of Dacian directors to approve the contract. No need to consult 19.9% minority shareholders. You are way off the mark.
Of course the contract needs to be commercially sound, that is the only over arching requirement. 80.1% shareholding means you have Board control and operational control.
