    April 5 (Reuters) - GPT Metro Office Fund (GMF) :

    • GPT platform confirms that it has received a resubmitted highly conditional,

      non-binding and indicative proposal from growthpoint to acquire all of the units in gmf

    • Says "no action is required by gmf unitholders at this time"
