    • IBC recommends GOZ offer in the absence of superior proposal (GMF)
    • Independent board committee recommends that GMF unitholders accept the

      growthpoint offer, in absence of a superior proposal

    • GMF maintains its forecast distribution per unit guidance for FY 2017 of 15.6

      cents

    • GMF has upgraded its forecast earnings per unit for the year ending 30 June

      2017 (FY 2017) from 16.4 to 16.9 cents
