GMG dividend pay out is only 60% of net income compared to other REITs like SGP and LLC , pay out on these and other REITS are up to 85% of net earnings ,now that GMG's gearing has been reduced to around 8% and is now intending to be kept at that level , GMG have $2 billion in cash and borrowing capacity for another $8 billon , I expect GMG will lift payout to at least 75% of net earnings , $10 billion is a great war chest to have when its time to pick up some cheap income producing or development assets , get ready for the bounce .
