Price is what you pay, value is what you receive.
The market was focused on price of the shares and not the value of the shares relative to the underlying value of the business per share.
The market is changing it's mind on the pricing of the shares, the underlying value is still the same.
Unfortunately the underlying value is still lower than the share price, so investors can't yet take comfort in the value received.
