Pissed off with GML management sold 20,000,000 STK to Andrew Bray recently at only 4.2 cents after holding for 3 years to only a couple of months later STK shares now trading at 19.5 cents. If this isn’t insider trading I don’t know what is.
Andrew Bray being sole director of L11 Capital Pty Ltd made $3,060,000 off purchasing GML STK holding when Andrew Bray CEO of STK had sensitive information.
GML have only done the recent CR to safe guard Andrew Bray with coming up with an excuse to his insider trading in purchasing the STK 20,000,000 shares from GML.
