I hate to be a party spoiler however from my experience the good news is probably already built into the price and I won't be surprised if the price drops back after the announcement - whatever deal it is. Given the price point of where the shares have been this last 6 months then i can only guess that if they are in fact vending in a new project (as what seems to have been suggested) then more shares will be issued along with money raised and I cannot see it being at too much of a premium of the average prices we have experienced of 2c or under. In fact, it could well be at a discount and not a premium.
The real test will be if they in fact have a genuine project on hand then over time the value will be reflected in the capitalisation of the company and an actual share price will not mean anything until all new scrip has been issued and real value determined. In my opinion only then can we expect to realise any true value growth in our individual investment.
I suspect we have to experience some more pain before any real gain - let's hope that management in fact have got a decent project to vend in.
On the other hand, they could be announcing more potential in existing projects which will mean nothing to the market.
