Hey...A/C...I don't think GMM should have Canaccord as it's adviser here. This all kind of explains why they revised down their price target for GMM a few weeks ago.

You can't say something is worth 10 and then ok a deal for 9.

I do agree a merger is best but, 29% is too low...I hope and think you'll see it revised to 32%

Important to remember that getting 29-32% of SDV is massive...long term this deal must happen as you're just limiting yourself to 50% of 2 smaller project where as you'd have 100% of 3 lithium projects.

As far as problems go...It's a nice problem to have.
