Haha… glad you liked my thoughts on the offer I hold both so I don't think it is going to affect my LT position, however i would have thought 2:1 was a fair deal.

My concern/read is this is the 2nd step in 3 step dance orchestrated by the closely aligned boards. The first step being the JV deal which as many have agreed, looks/looked too good to be true for GMM. Now the merge and the third step being a bigger fish taking the both with one bite.

Makes sense for the two to become one and SDV is a big upside for GMM holders but it is still an undeveloped resource and is realistically 2-3 years until we see production ramping up.

Do we know when the revised DFS for SDV will be released / Will it be prior to the merger deal being finalised ?
