    July 26 (Reuters) - General Mining Corp Ltd (GMM) :

    • Galaxy takeover offer extended (GMM)
    • Board of General Mining continues to recommend that shareholders accept the galaxy offer
    • Notes the announcement by galaxy resources limited on 22 July 2016 extending its offmarket takeover
    • Under the offer, General Mining shareholders will receive 1.65 new galaxy shares for every 1 General Mining share held
    • Galaxy has received acceptances for 72.4% of the fully paid ordinary shares in General Mining
