The CEO's non attendance is such a poor treatment and snub of the local shareholders that it's almost scandalous.
Now I posted this before the AGM.

Is it mandatory that a CEO/ President/Executive Director attend an AGM?
Can others deputise?

I posed that question to the forum last Friday.

I also sent an email to Yacov himself last Friday regarding his personal attendance at the AGM.
Why did I do that?
Well I also have sent some emails to Yacov in the past and received a reply 75%of the time.
No reply.....fair enough.
I wasn't surprised with the no-show but very disappointed.
I had my huge doubts he was going to front as there was no tweets or other social media supporting a visit to Australia.
I believe he thinks the ASX and it's protocols are a barnacle and the local shareholders are caught up in the wash.
Reality is it's his company and it is what it is.
