IMO It isn’t being capped. To think that this is all part of a master plan to drive the SP down and that reputational damage isn’t hurting eg: Nasdaq.....
It’s a sell down as there has been no positive news for yonks. Forget double bottoms and charting and the such. It’s a good old lack of buyers.
