Underpromise and over achieve.

Unlike so many wanabees, over promise and underachieve,

GNC are as about as good at it gets, with respect to investment. People need stuff....people need foodstuff even more.

Just as an aside, the new markets that Graincorp are into is quite staggering, I am seeing exports into many countries that previously not on the radar.

Remember this company has a global network, and global marketing team. Not only that, also a very sophisticated trading arm. Also great faith in the ability of the BOD

It is interesting that Norske Bank are not too active at present, they had been very active in buying/selling/shorting in the past - especially when the SP was swinging +/- at 10%. It looks like the game is up, and from my perspective, had reduced by buy / sell offers to within a 7 % range (over 30 days).

As the fundamentals will remain strong for at least another year, hoping to increase my holdings by around 50% based purely on the buy/sell spreads.

Not one for the day traders - but for those that TRULY understand the fundamentals of trading, and provided that the underlying value of GNC is maintained, your capital is reasonably well protected,

It was also mentioned by another poster, regarding costs. Yes these will rise, and i do know that GrainCorp have reduced costs on the operational side. But these are really insignificant costs, the biggest challenge are the transport costs. GrainCorp do have a lot of these under control now, as many of their contract are 'not fixed' costs, so they have hedged this very well.

Don't forget all, that Graincorp are a handling business, this INCLUDES transport logistics.

Trust that gives all confidence, but every one to his own, and will have their own strategy - work the numbers an percentages guys - just like Norske Bank have doe n the past.
