To try and give lie to what I said., Albanese has announced a $3B spend in areas of WA outside Perth to, among other things, expand renewables and the wires to transmit the electricity. Guess who's tooled up to lay those wires. I won't say "The squeaky wheel gets oiled" but the whole thing is way too slow and political.
