** Brazilian transportation infrastructure company CCR SA CCRO3.SA said late on Tuesday it had agreed to sell fiber optic subsidiary Samm to Luna Fibra for 245 million reais ($46.29 million).

** ABB ABBN.S has completed the sale of its remaining 19.9% stake in the power grids business it sold to Hitachi 6501.T , the Swiss engineering and technology group said.

** Indian mattress maker Sheela Foam Ltd SHEF.NS will soon acquire competitor Kurlon for 20 billion rupees ($241.29 million), ET Now reported, citing sources.

** Crypto miner Argo Blockchain ARB.L said it will sell its mining facility Helios for $65 million and refinance a new asset-backed loan as it seeks to avoid bankruptcy, sending its London-listed shares soaring.

** Australia's Nitro Software (NTO) rejected an alternative takeover offer from private-equity (PE) firm Potentia Capital, which gave Nitro shareholders the choice of an all-cash, stock, or a combination of both, at the same offer price.

** Malaysian consumer-to-property conglomerate Berjaya Corp BGRO.KL is evaluating a "major potential acquisition" involving a licensed entity governed by the Malaysian central bank, it said in a stock filing late Tuesday.
