I suspect the wording of the report was a little off. Was Energy Australia not willing to make a descision last year? Or not at all?
I also wonder if they assume that given EAs owner is in Hong Kong, the odds of a quick resolution is quickly sinking, given staff may stop showing up to work if Wuhan Coronavirus goes bad there.
