A deplorable situation when NAIF and ASIC, through an ASX Announcement from the KIDSTON Genex Power Ltd board, can't or won't have the question answered. This KIDSTON Genex Power Ltd board which would have had Skip Capital take the company over in 2022, while NAIF and ASIC stood by and watched.
The question, yet again:-
“Under what legislative, regulatory or ministerial authority does NAIF intend to transfer the taxpayer funded $610 million concessional loan from Genex Power Ltd to the foreign corporation J - Power, (and associated legal entities)?”.
