Will ASIC produce an opinion from either the Solicitor-General or the Australian Government Solicitor that the transfer is legal?

I am about to email Mr Greg Yanco, the CEO of ASIC to ask if ASIC will be appearing on Friday.

I find it hard to believe all of these major holders havent got correct legal opinions. Not saying they have, but it would be odd if they havent.
