Yes there is allot of newsflow to come here @Bigglesworth as you say,

However unfortunate it is for shareholders management can only release once information becomes available/and they are ready to do so, which I expect will be the first week or two in September. I see absolutely no reason for over-reporting and over-updating.

As others have pointed out there will possibly be a joint announcement due to the range of activities occurring at the same time.

It all gets back to the FA - which is multi-layered and strong for this FGR.
