Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) has posted 21 per cent increase in its fiscal 2012 operating profit which it believes will grow by 6 per cent in fiscal 2013.
The property investor says the strength of its businesses in Europe and Asia as well as a climbing contribution from development and management activities has them well positioned to consolidate positive earnings growth.
Goodman Group is forecasting a full year operating profit of $524 million in accordance with those growth factors.
Goodman will pay a final distribution of 9 cents, bringing the total payout to 18 cents.
