Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) has forecast a rise in operating earnings of 7 per cent this financial year.The property group says earnings should hit $600 million which would represent 34.7 cents per share.The company also says a full year distribution of 20.7 cents per security would be paid with the second half distribution due on the 26 August.CEO Greg Goodman says the robust property fundamentals and the strength and diversity of global operating platforms are key drivers of the group’s earnings.Goodman Group reported a net profit of $171 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
