the point is that the approvals were there,previous governments have jumped through hoops to get this happening. bhp need to find over a $billion of spare cash which they don't have,pretty simple.so if the new government want to talk it up they need Joe Hockey to come out and say here is cash. anything the other pimples say is crap.it is not ok for companies like bhp to make mistakes,Marius Klappers ther is the door.
