GPT Metro Office Fund (ASX:GMF) says they have completed building the new national headquarters for Samsung Australia.
The five floor office building boasts 13,000 square metre and 226 parking spaces in a prime position at Sydney Olympic Park.
A rooftop solar installation will provide 20 per cent of the buildings energy requirements.
Samsung has agreed to lease the entire 5 star green rated building for 7 years.
GPT Metro Office Fund listed on the ASX last October and reported a net profit of $5.7 million for the half year to 25 November 2014.
