Only guessing, but I feel the majority of those who are holding are happy to wait and see. There will be good news soon, given all the positives. The OT agreement will take time but an update on progress cant be too far away and that renewed confidence will spark things along.
There are not many buyers queued so anyone needing to get out has to sell into that limited number of buyers.
I say don't panic..I am accumulating where funds permit.....All in my opinion
