    Graphite-focused Green Rock Energy (ASX:GRK) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    Green Rock requested the halt as the company is reviewing an issue associated with the completion of the proposed resolution(s) in relation to the company’s scheduled shareholder meeting on 15 December 2014.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 16th December 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
